Kalie is the owner of Heirloom Studio. Specializing in dimensional color, women’s long hair, barbering and gender affirming haircuts, Kalie’s top priority is helping people feel the most authentically themselves. With advanced education as a Goldwell Master Colorist as well as her background growing up in the salon setting. She prides herself on being a “lifelong-learner” always looking for ways to improve her craft and continuing to create a space where all feel welcome. At Heirloom Studio, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality salon products and a great experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at our salon, please review our return policy below: Returns & Exchanges * Time Frame: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. * Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. * Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Non-Returnable Items * Opened or used products * Clearance or final sale items * Gift cards * Personal care items (e.g., brushes, combs, styling tools) due to hygiene concerns * Plants Defective Products If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please notify us within 7 days, and we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Cancellation Policy

Please understand our policies are not only to protect our business, but our time and efforts as well. Your appointments are reserved specifically for you!💕 All new guests booking appointments over 2 hours will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service base price. This is required to secure an appointment. The deposit amount will be determined based on the service booked and will be deducted from the total cost of the service on the appointment day. •Current guests who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours notice may be required to pay a rebooking fee of 50% of their scheduled service, this is not a deposit and will not be deducted from their future appointment total cost. Deposits can be made via credit/debit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit or be required to pay the rebooking fee before being able to reschedule. If the appointment is rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment time. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options regarding your deposit. No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in cases I am unable to fulfill the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
